The World Hijab Day, celebrated on February 1st every year, has been held wonderfully by the countless efforts of Interfaith Center of USA in association with many other TV channels, social media, and broadcast media. In the year 2020, as in 2019, the arrangement of this event was organized at the Queen’s Borough Hall, New York, raising some eye-catching slogans like Queens Solidarity Matters.
Mazeda Uddin, Ethan Felder, Jamilla Abdul Karim, and Shaleeze Deen cordially invited high officials, faith leaders, community organizers, and many other important people. Invitation for all women was spread to preach that wearing the hijab is a right, not a privilege.
